Parents are asked to attend the following Sessions, with their children, from 7pm - 8.15pm, in Shrubland Hall.

After much planning and consideration, we have implemented an integrated Parish Based Children’s Sacrament Programme this year.  All Families presenting children as Candidates for Sacraments at St Brigid's Parish whether they attend St Brigid’s School, local state schools, or private schools, will participate in this common programme.  The curriculum will provide resources for families to prepare for the Sacraments together, supported by the school curriculum.  The Calendar for these Programmes is outlined below.

Children’s Sacrament Team

To assist in the smooth development of this Parish Based approach to Children’s Sacraments, our Children's Sacrament Team has been planning all of our programmes this year. This consists of parents, teachers and parish staff members. 

In Term 1, we have had a very successful First Communion Programme that will culminate in the celebration of First Communion at Sunday Masses on 1-2 April. We look forward to preparing for and celebrating the other Sacraments.
