Our Youth Masses at St. Brigid's are held at 6.00pm on the 4th Sunday of each month. Our next Youth Mass is on 25th January 2009.
We have recently begun to gether after each Youth Mass for some supper and social time together. If you are young or young-at-heart, you are more than welcome to join us!!! See you there.
ST. BRIGID'S YOUTH BAND
Since WYD08, we have had a Youth Band leading us in song at each Youth Mass. They are:
James - keyboard
Quoc and William - guitar
Hoang - bongo drums
Katrina, Maria, Julie and Colette - vocals
We also have a number of other young people come along and help with different ministries in the Mass, including Matthew, Oliver and Jennifer who help out with the data projector, and Anthony and Joseph who proclaim God's Word and who are also Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
Did you know ...?
... we have a Youth Representative on our Parish Pastoral Council? Maria Fuller, a WYD08 pilgrim, has been a member of the PPC since September 2008.
... St. Brigid's representative on the Passionists Youth Council is Katrina Fuller (another WYD08 pilgrim ... and Maria's sister!)

Some of the activities that might be happening during the January holidays (after Jan 12th) are:
* Movies at Broadway Cinema
* Ice-skating at Canterbury Ice-Rink
* M9 Laser Skirmish at Darling Harbour
* Swimming at Homebush Aquatic Centre.
